James B. Mattly
Mr. Mattly is currently Chairman of S&N Communications, and USA Environment and is a board member of National Print Group, all Wingate portfolio companies. He currently is also active in portfolio operating review meetings with the Wingate Principals as well as new deal evaluation.

Prior to his current roles, Mr. Mattly was CEO of Loomis, Fargo & Co., a Wingate I company, and served as Chairman of Industrial Container Services, a Wingate III company. Under his leadership, Loomis Fargo's EBITDA increased by $32 million through a combination of operating initiatives and acquisitions. Loomis generated a 10x cash-on-cash return and a 30% IRR to Wingate. He also served on the boards of ENSR International, a Wingate II company and AmeriStat, a Wingate I company. Prior to his involvement with Wingate portfolio companies, he was COO of the Southwest Region for Browning-Ferris Industries.

Mr. Mattly holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkley and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

James J. Connors
Mr. Connors serves as a board member of Western Marketing Inc. and is active in new deal evaluation and portfolio company management.

Mr. Connors was CEO of Century Products, a Wingate I portfolio company. Under his leadership, Century increased EBITDA by $18 million, achieving a 9x cash-on-cash return and a 33% IRR. He has also served as interim management at Kevco and as a board member for PPX. Prior to his Wingate roles, Mr. Connors was Group Vice President of a $300 million division of Masco and was a McKinsey & Company consultant.

Mr. Connors holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale and an MBA from Wharton.

David G. Fiore
Mr. Fiore is currently Chairman of Stein World, a Wingate IV portfolio company. He is also active in new deal evaluation and execution and has served in this role informally during Wingate III.

Previously, Mr. Fiore was CEO of Wingate I porfolio company Redman Building Products. Under his leadership, Redman increased EBITDA by $19 million, achieving a 3x cash-on-cash return and a 26% IRR. Additionally, Mr. Fiore served as a board member for AmerCable, a successful Wingate III investment. In addition to his Wingate roles, Mr. Fiore was CEO of American Achievement Corporation.

Mr. Fiore holds an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Syracuse.
