Applebaum
Bud Applebaum, Principal, joined Wingate in 1989. He serves as a board member for NPG, PRI, Stein World and Preferred Compounding. He previously served as Chairman of Pro Parts Xpress and as a board member for Loomis, Fargo & Co, Corrpro and ICS. Prior to joining Wingate, Mr. Applebaum participated in the formation of Plexus Financial Services, Inc., a holding company for businesses with combined annual revenues of $225 million. Mr. Applebaum joined Plexus from Salomon Brothers Inc where he was with the firm's Merger and Acquisition Group in New York. Previously, he was with Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Applebaum holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Matt R. Baldwin
Matt Baldwin, Analyst, joined Wingate in 2011. Prior to Wingate, Mr. Baldwin was an Associate Consultant with Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he worked across a number of industries on projects involving business strategy, operational improvements, customer retention, post-merger integration, and growth strategy. Prior to joining Bain, Mr. Baldwin was an intern in Ernst & Young's Health Sciences Advisory Services (HSAS) practice. Mr. Baldwin holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Indiana University.

Bradley K.
Brenneman
Brad Brenneman, Principal, joined Wingate in 2002. He serves as Chairman of Dunn Paper and Sunrise Oilfield Supply, and as a board member for Cal-Pacific and S&N Communications. He previously served as a board member for ICS. Prior to Wingate, Mr. Brenneman was a Senior Manager for Entergy Wholesale Operations where he led the development of and acquisition of power generation projects. Mr. Brenneman joined Entergy from Lufkin Industries where he served as Assistant Treasurer and Manager of Corporate Development. Previously, Mr. Brenneman was a consultant with Bain & Company, an international management consulting firm. Brad holds a BBA in Accounting from Kansas State University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Decker
Mike Decker, Principal, joined Wingate in 1996. He serves as a board member for S&N Communications, USA Environment and Sunrise Oilfield. He previously
served as Chairman of ENSR and S&N and as a board member for National Spirit Group and ICS. Prior to Wingate, Mr. Decker held the post of Chief Operating
Officer of the Trammell Crow Company, where he led the restructuring of the largest real estate firm in the United States. He previously was President of Huffco
Group, Inc. Mr. Decker was also a consultant for the Boston Consulting Group, an international management consulting firm, and worked as an Investment Officer
for the World Bank. Mr. Decker holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, an MA from Oxford University, and an AB from Princeton University.

Christopher S. Dupré, CFA
Chris Dupré, Senior Vice President, joined Wingate in 2007. He serves as a board member for Stein World and Preferred Compounding and previously served as a board member for PRI. Prior to Wingate, Mr. Dupré was a Manager with Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm, where he worked across a number of industries on projecting involving business strategy, company turn-arounds, customer growth strategy, and operational improvements. He previously worked for Bank of America Capital Investors, the $2B private equity investment fund for Bank of America. Mr. Dupré was also an analyst for Banc of America Securities in their Mergers & Acquisitions group. He holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was named a Siebel Scholar. Additionally, Mr. Dupré is a CFA Charterholder.

Johnson
Jim Johnson, Principal, joined Wingate in 1990. He serves as Chairman of Cal Pacific and Preferred Compounding and as a board member of Western Marketing. He previously served as Chairman of Corrpro and Redman Building Products and as a board member for AmerCable, AmeriStat, Century Products, Kevco, Pro Parts Xpress, S&N Communications, and United Stationers. Prior to Wingate, Mr. Johnson was a Principal of Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc., an international management consulting firm. During his ten years of consulting, his assignments focused on operational improvement and business strategy. Mr. Johnson holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Jason Reed, Principal, joined Wingate in 1998. He serves as Chairman of Western Marketing and PRI and as a board member for NPG and Stein World. He previously served as a board member for Corrpro, AmerCable and ENSR. Prior to Wingate, Mr. Reed was a case leader at Boston Consulting Group, an international management consulting firm. Over the course of his six year career in consulting, he worked on numerous projects in the areas of corporate strategy and operational improvement. Mr. Reed holds a BS in Economics and Finance from Oklahoma State University, an MS in Finance from the London School of Economics, and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

international management consulting firm, where he worked across a variety of industries focusing on corporate strategy and operational improvement. Previously,
he was a High Yield research associate with AIG Global Investment Group and, prior to that, an analyst at Enron Corp. Mr. Steinbrueck holds a BS in Mathematics
and Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and an MBA with Distinction from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
